Weld seam tracking laser welding machine
Our company's independently developed laser weld seam tracker uses a linear laser generator, optical sensors, and a central processing unit. It utilizes optical propagation and imaging principles to obtain position information of various points within the laser scanning area, and completes real-time detection of common weld seams through internal program algorithms.
There are corresponding functional settings for the detection range, detection capability, and common problems encountered during the welding process. The device calculates the deviation between the detected weld seam and the welding gun, outputs deviation data, and the motion execution mechanism corrects the deviation in real time, accurately guiding the welding gun to automatically weld, thereby achieving intelligent real-time tracking of the weld seam during the welding process.
